Is everything in stock?

Here at quality stoves we stock many stoves which are available on an overnight service to most areas if your order is urgent. If the stove is out of stock the average lead time is 5 to 10 working days (occasionally lead times can be longer, if this is the case we will advise accordingly)
As ever if you are unsure of what stove or flue system suits your requirements and budget please feel free to call us.

How quickly can I get my stove?

How about tomorrow? If the product is in stock and you order before 3pm we can usually ship overnight.

What else will I need to fit my stove?

If you choose a wood burning or multifuel stove you will require a chimney, they may be an existing stone/brick built flue which is suitable, lining the chimney has many benefits safety, piece of mind and will dramatically improve efficiency

If a gas stove flueless (no flue required at all) or balanced flue stove are avaiable, a balanced flue gas stove can have a flue terminating outside of the house through an ouside wall

As always we supply all flues and accessories required and happy to help design your project.

What is a register plate?

Register plates prevents any debris falling down the chimney onto your stove and hearth, and seal off the bottom of the chimney so the chimney draws properly.

I don't have a chimney at all - can I still have a stove?

It is usually possible to fit a stove if you don’t have a chimney, a flue system can be built, either straight up and through the roof, or out through the wall and up the side of the building.

How do I find an installer in my area?

At Quality Stoves we can install our stoves within a 30 mile radius of our Halifax distribution centre. For nationwide installations we recommend you check the HETAS website where they have a list for a suitable installer click here.
